Medical Updates

To ensure we are providing appropriate care, we will review any changes to your medical history at each appointment. This will include any medications you are taking, both prescription medications and vitamins and supplements. Please make sure you have a list of your medications you can share with us.

Existing Appliances

We are happy to check your appliances (night guards, sports guards) to make sure they fit properly.
